2023 EGM Request – Frequently Asked Questions

The Landscape Institute received on 3 April 2023 a request to convene an EGM signed by over 140 members and stating fully the objects of the meeting, submitted as a motion. The Board has carefully considered the request and objects of the meeting, taking legal advice as needed, focusing on its statutory and legal responsibilities, and has resolved that it is not able at the present time to convene an EGM in response to the submitted motion which is inadmissible as drafted.

The full response from Acting President, Noel Farrer FLI PPLI, can be found here.

Please note the LI is not holding an EGM. The LI will not be represented at the meeting and has previously communicated that it is unable to convene an EGM at this time. See the full response, above, from Acting President Noel Farrer FLI PPLI.
