The LI is seeking two new independent trustees to make a vital contribution to the work of the Institute as part of our Board of Trustees.
The LI Board comprises a maximum of 13 members: nine drawn from the LI membership by either election or appointment, and four appointed from either within or outside the membership. The appointment of these four independent trustees is to add to the Board’s breadth of experience and skills.
The Institute is currently seeking two independent trustees, with a range of skills identified as necessary for our leadership. In particular, we are looking for one application with formal financial qualifications and experience in giving financial advice to boards:
- Finance, sustainability and growth
- Management, governance and regulation
- Values, culture and engagement
