What about the CPD reporting form?
Prior to 2021 members could record their CPD using a manual recording form. From 2021 all members should be recording their CPD online using the online CPD service. For 2020-21 monitoring those members who have been called for review will have the option of returning a completed CPD recording form if they wish. This is the last set of monitoring candidates that have the option of either recording their CPD online or manually
