Once you know you want to employ an apprentice or you already employ someone you would like to support to take an apprenticeship your next step should be to contact a training provider (see above question). They can work with you to agree timings, delivery modes and costs. They can also assist in advertising, interviewing and shortlisting candidates and will advertise your position on the Government’s ‘Find an Apprenticeship’ website – https://www.gov.uk/apply-apprenticeship.
